Authors Digital was created by award winning audio and music composer/producer, David Wolf.

For more than 20 years, David and his studios have created soundtracks for series television such as Universal, TNT, Discovery Channel,Disney Animation, Hit Entertainment and others.  Wolf composed and produced music and audio for many national and international brands such as Southwest Airlines, Budget Ret A Car, Doritos, Pepsi, Coke, McDonalds, Chuck E Cheese International, Texaco and others.

Authors Digital offers a unique, turnkey solution to to authors who wish to produce their titles in audio book and e book formats. Founded by award winning audio and music producer David Wolf, the Authors Digital provides these services to its clients:

What About Cost?

Our pricing is based on word count.

Audio book production with Authors Digital is $.06 per word, plus any applicable travel, plus any applicable talent fees. This includes all recording, editing, mastering, and audio liners (music and voice over intros and closings). Talent fees are $750 per day and a 50k word book typically is a 1 day recording project.

To get your WORD COUNT, simply use the word count tool in your Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF program.

The above pricing is for the production of your audio masters only. E Book file conversion and audio book uploading is a separate operation, and we can help you with that process with our technical partners. 

Also, if you would like your audio book duplicated and packaged in CD format, we can refer you to some excellent resources, but again, that is not included in our production pricing above.
